Keeping it real and welcome! What is your biggest fitness and nutrition challenge?

 Good morning! So I almost didn’t upload this video after watching it, especially with the view when it first starts yes those are flabby under arms their grandma arms that’s one of the things that I will be attempting to work on. I’ve been doing a lot of thinking lately and I realized that we as moms and grandmothers, big sisters, aunts,  just women in general put so much pressure on ourselves and each other to be perfect, that it really keeps a lot of us from sharing who we really are.  This also affects the next generation and how they view themselves, and their confidence levels. My goal is simply to be comfortable with who I am and to improve who I am physically, mentally, and spiritually, day by day.  Just me who I was meant to be, and if I can help someone along the way, that’s great!
